Missing Link Running Club

The Missing Link Running Club provides an opportunity to do those workouts that you just don’t do on your own with a fun group of others. The Club provides group workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays at venues around the Twin Cities, MN. The workouts are generally designed to be able to accommodate runners at all levels with options and instructions for both folks just starting out and those who are experienced. Regular workouts are held March through November with ad-hoc workouts through the winter.

Monday workouts are generally focused to work on speed and hill work.

Wednesday workouts are focused on skills that are specific to those who are running ultramarathons but are still a good workout for any runners. These workouts may include more speed/hill work but also things like power hiking and downhill training.

Saturdays are long run days. We move around to different parks around the Twin Cities metro to get some variety. We will generally loop back to our starting point at least once to accommodate people looking to go different distances. We split into pace groups when necessary.

The Missing Link Running Club is free to all and welcoming regardless of skill level, income, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation.

Missing Link Running Club workouts are shared using a Google Group. You can directly subscribe to mailing list to be notified of upcoming events. Workouts will also be posted to the calendar. If you have any problems signing up, please email [email protected].
